Since our services are digital and performance-based, refunds are governed by the following terms:
1. Eligibility
Refunds are issued only for duplicate payments or unfulfilled services due to a verified error on our end.
No refunds apply once campaigns, ads, or lead generation processes have started.
2. Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
